Active Ingredients (in each 5 mL tsp):

Acetaminophen, USP .................. 160 mg

Brompheniramine maleate, USP ...... 1 mg

Pseudoephedrine HCl, USP ...........15 mg

Inactive Ingredients: Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Citric Acid, D&C Red No. 33, Edetate Disodium, FD&C Blue No. 1, Flavors, Glycerin, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Maltol, Methylparaben, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polysorbate 80, Potassium Sorbate, Propylene Glycol, Propylparaben, Sorbitol, Sucrose, Water, Xanthan Gum.

Uses:

• temporarily relieves these symptoms associated with a cold: headache, nasal congestion, sore throat, fever, minor aches and pains, and muscular aches
• temporarily relieves minor aches, pains, and headache as well as these symptoms due to hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies: runny nose, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat, and itchy, watery eyes
• temporarily relieves minor aches, pains, headache and nasal congestion associated with sinusitis

Warnings:

Sore throat warning: if sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.

Do not use in a child who is taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson' disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your child's prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before giving this product.

Ask a doctor before use if your child has:

• heart disease
• high blood pressure
• thyroid disease
• diabetes
• a breathing problem such as chronic bronchitis
• glaucoma

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if your child is taking sedatives or tranquilizers.

When using this product:

• do not give more than directed
• drowsiness may occur
• sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness
• excitability may occur, especially in children

Stop use and ask a doctor if:

• your child gets nervous, dizzy, or sleepless
• new symptoms occur
• redness or swelling is present
• symptoms do not get better, get worse, or are accompanied by fever more than 3 days
• your child needs to use for more than 5 days

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

Directions:

• shake well before using
• do not give more than 4 doses in any 24-hour period
• children 6 to under 12 years: 2 teaspoonfuls every 4 hours
• children under 6 years: ask a doctor

Storage:   Store at 20°C and 25°C(68°F and 77°F).
